Enjoyed the stay. I hate stayed for one night in the houseboat. It was very memorable experience as you are staying in a boat on water in the Dal lake. You can see many houseboats surrounding and also many water peddlers who come to every houseboat to sell their products on their boats. You can also see a floating market in here. When visiting Srinagar stay in the house boat is a must.
Royal Group of deluxe houseboats are awesome place to stay at Dal Lake in kashmir. Ul get Rajasthani Shahi Haweli kind of feeling. Care taker Mr Gulam Rasool was too fast n keen to help us every possible thing, he could have done for us. Food was good. Highly recommended
Stayed three days in the Signature Room at Royal Group’s New Crystal Palace, and it was a beautiful experience. The room’s Kashmiri decor, with hand-carved wood and embroidered linens, was stunning, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The view of the lotus garden and mountains from our private balcony was mesmerizing. The staff was polite and hospitable, serving tasty Kashmiri meals. The Golden Dal Lake location, away from crowded ghats, offered serenity. Minor issue: occasional power outages, but the electric blankets kept us cozy. A perfect blend of tradition and luxury!
